1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Git Push Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the software.

2. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Git Push Studio desktop application on compatible devices owned or controlled by you, in accordance with these terms.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use Git Push Studio only for lawful purposes. You shall not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the application binary without our prior written consent.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in and to Git Push Studio, including logos, designs, custom components, and proprietary code, remain the exclusive property of the Git Push Studio team and its licensors.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Git Push Studio is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or the use of the software.
